Minor Hotels has announced the opening of the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi in Florence, Italy, marking the luxury brand’s latest addition to its expanding portfolio.
Situated in the city’s historic centre, the 16th-century palace has been restored to offer guests a blend of Renaissance grandeur and contemporary comfort.
The Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi, once the residence of the noble Gaddi and Arrighetti families, is a monument to Florence’s aristocratic past.
It houses a collection of historical and artistic treasures, including frescoed rooms and original artworks, some dating back to the 16th century.
The renovation, led by interior designers Patrizia Quartero and Guy Oliver, was carried out by specialised restorers and local artisans, ensuring the preservation of the building’s Florentine architectural heritage.
The hotel offers 86 guest rooms, including eight suites with authentic period furnishings and modern amenities. The presidential suite boasts a panoramic terrace with views of Florence’s skyline.
