Construction company Moss has completed the St Regis Longboat Key Resort and Residences development worth $376m in Florida, US.

Located at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key, near Sarasota, the resort spans 18 acres and offers 1.1 million square feet of space.

It features 168 guest rooms, including 26 oceanfront suites, with options ranging from one to four bedrooms.

Each suite offers separate living rooms, private terraces overlooking the ocean, and the St. Regis Butler Service.

For events and conferences, the St Regis offers ten event spaces, including a ballroom that can house up to 600 people theatre-style.

The property offers seven bars and restaurants, an 800ft private beach, 42 water features, a winding river and a 500,000gal saltwater lagoon.

The St Regis also features 69 private luxury residences, with sizes ranging from 1,553ft² to 5,895ft².  

The project was developed by Unicorp National Developments with a design team that included 10SB, Enea Landscape Architecture, RSM Design, HBA Miami, Marc-Michaels Interior Design, and sales representation by Michael Saunders & Company.
