IHG Hotels & Resorts has added InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal to its luxury and lifestyle portfolio in Paris, France.
The property, positioned 30 minutes by train from Paris, is the latest in a series of openings by IHG in France.
This follows the launches of InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu in 2019 and Kimpton Paris St Honoré in 2021.
The 19th-century château has undergone a renovation, restoring its original heritage while incorporating restorative design elements.
The Louis XVI architectural style building, designed by Guillaume Tronchet, now houses 109 redesigned guest rooms and suites.
The château’s transformation includes the conversion of its former music salon into the gourmet restaurant L’Opera.

Spa Biologique Recherche at the property offers a sauna and wellness rooms.
In partnership with the French cosmetics brand Biologique Recherche, the spa provides tailored treatments, including the unique Skin Instant Lab service.

Earlier this month, IHG entered a franchise agreement with FRT Turizm, supported by AB Consulting’s Ahmet Bilgin, to introduce its first Garner hotel in Türkiye.
Set to open next year, this new venture will feature 126 guest rooms spread across four buildings.
