SuitePad has unveiled Stay Manager, a new feature designed to enhance hotel guest personalisation by centralising guest preferences.

This feature assists hotel staff during check-in by allowing guests to plan their stay in detail via in-room tablets, integrating them into the hotel’s digital processes and reducing human error.

The technology vendor says that Stay Manager provides consistent guest communication across different properties of a hotel chain.

This reduces manual labour, enabling hoteliers to offer uniform and tailored services and simplifying the management of stay-related details for guests and hotels.

In addition, Stay Manager’s capacity to automate routine guest interactions translates into better operational efficiency.

The in-room tablet displays the interactive workflow, prompting guests to specify preferences such as room cleaning options, breakfast bookings, or carbon offsetting choices.

SuitePad’s integration with the hotel’s property management system (PMS) allows Stay Manager to automatically retrieve guest data such as checkout dates, minimising manual input.

The feature automates many standard guest interactions, freeing hotel staff to provide more individualised care.

These include options such as the Breakfast Upsell step, which enables guests to pre-order meals directly from their in-room tablets, enhancing food and beverage revenue without extra staff effort.

Additionally, the Green Option and Carbon Offset features allow guests to easily make eco-friendly choices.

In August 2024, SuitePad introduced the “Guest Journey Push” feature on the SuitePad admin panel.

This allows hotels to automatically deliver relevant information and updates customised to specific guest profiles through their SuitePads.
