Hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality has introduced Aimbridge Intelligence, a new data reporting platform.
The system aims to enhance transparency and collaboration between the company and its owners.
The platform is part of OwnView, a dedicated portal for Aimbridge owners, providing them with key performance data and self-service capabilities to support property teams.
It offers access to vital metrics, including STR performance, RevPAR Index, profitability, guest service, and turnover data.
Aimbridge CEO Craig Smith said: “We are constantly striving to be the most trusted hotel operator in the industry, and we are committed to solving challenges and celebrating successes with our owner partners, which led to the creation of OwnView and Aimbridge Intelligence to further prioritise their needs.
“This technology offering is another important step we are taking as part of a new chapter at Aimbridge, providing transparent, collaborative solutions for our owners while holding ourselves accountable in our performance-driven culture.”
