Marriott International has signed an agreement with Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures to bring the EDITION Hotels brand to South Asia with a new hotel in the Indian city of Mumbai.
Expected for a 2028 launch, the Mumbai EDITION, located in the prime Bandra-Kurla Complex, will be the first EDITION property in India.
The hotel will feature 182 guest rooms, including an exclusive penthouse suite.
It will offer guests a variety of amenities, such as a lobby bar, a rooftop terrace with a pool, and a spa and wellness facility.
A fitness centre, along with multiple dining options, will also be available.
This hotel will provide 1,385m² of meeting and banquet space, accommodating both corporate and social functions.

Earlier this week, Marriott International revealed plans to establish a new global capability centre, the Marriott Tech Accelerator, in Hyderabad.
This initiative is designed to leverage Hyderabad’s technology talent to strengthen Marriott’s technological infrastructure.
