Hotel management company Rotana has partnered with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches to address the skills shortage in the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) hospitality industry.
This collaboration is set to bolster the local talent pool by providing education, training, and career opportunities within the sector.
The Academy has welcomed its first group of students for the inaugural intake on 16 September 2024.
Rotana corporate Owner Relationship Management corporate vice-president Shaikha Al Nowais said: “We are thrilled to join forces with Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches to foster the next generation of hospitality leaders and professionals in the UAE.

In this partnership, Rotana will play the role of an accommodation provider and a facilitator of practical learning experiences.
