Lotte Hotels & Resorts, a South Korean luxury hotel chain, has migrated to Sabre Hospitality’s SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS).
CRS will serve as the hotel group’s primary reservation platform.
The aim is to streamline processes and bolster retailing opportunities for the hotel chain, which has growth plans both within South Korea and on the international stage.
This partnership with Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre, will enable Lotte Hotels & Resorts to leverage a suite of advanced solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency.
Among these tools are SynXis Retailing, which allows for the seamless sale of services and experiences, with or without a room booking, increasing hotel revenue.
Additionally, the integration includes the SynXis Booking Engine, which is tailored to optimise the direct booking path and convert customers.
