Four Seasons and Blue Iris Investments have disclosed plans for a new beachside resort in Greece, the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, which is expected to open in summer 2025.

Located along the Kalo Livadi Bay coastline, the new resort will join the existing Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.

The latest addition will be situated on a 60,324m² plot of land, providing guests 94 rooms, villas, and suites, each offering views of the Aegean Sea.

It is being designed in Cycladic style by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis, featuring cubic architecture and whitewashed aesthetics, including courtyards and traditional pathways.

Meanwhile, Wimberly Interiors is responsible for the interior design.

Ryan Grande, who will serve as general manger, brings 14 years of experience with Four Seasons at various international locations.
