Sterling Holiday Resorts has announced the opening of a new resort located on the Maharashtra side of the Pench Wildlife Sanctuary, easily accessible from Nagpur via NH44 in India.

The four-acre Sterling Orient Woods property marks the company’s second resort and features manicured lawns and flagstone paths, strategically positioned between the Khawasa and Khursapar Gate.

The resort offers villa-styled rooms and large tents, all featuring a sit-out area.

Despite their rustic exterior, the accommodations are well-appointed with all the amenities, including open-to-sky showers and bathtubs that have separate shower areas, and for premier rooms, a powder room and private lawn space.

The ‘Sigri’ restaurant offers an open-format setting for guests to have local cuisine from Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh amid surrounding views. For a dining adventure, ‘Machan’ provides a tree-top perspective.

The property also includes a 4,500ft² banqueting space, a 20,000ft² lawn for events, and a holiday activity centre with indoor and outdoor game options.
