Global hospitality enterprise BWH Hotels has partnered with hospitality cloud provider Mews in a strategic move to enhance its operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Under the collaboration, Mews will offer BWH Hotels features that will aid the group in streamlining property management from guest check-in to backend operations.
Through this partnership, BWH properties can integrate with current systems, improve guest experiences and optimise resource management.

The group noted that they chose to collaborate with Mews due to the company’s “excellent customer support and proven track record of successful integration”.

The comprehensive planning and coordination between BWH Hotels and Mews has aided in the seamless transition in various BWH properties such as the Best Western Princess Hotel, the Best Western Hôtel Lakmi Nice, and the Best Western Plus Hôtel Isidore.
The parties will further work towards enhancing operational capabilities and legacy in the hospitality sector.
