Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has signed a partnership with SevenRooms, a CRM, marketing, and operations platform, to enhance guest experiences across its portfolio of over 100 independent hotels and resorts in the US.

This collaboration aims to drive revenue growth and cost savings for Curator’s member hotels.

It allows Curator members to access SevenRooms at preferred pricing, providing them with tools to capture guest data, drive repeat business through marketing tools, and optimise their operations.

They can select tools that improve their operations, versus depending on one-size-fits-all solutions.

The collaboration with SevenRooms is expected to enable Curator’s independent hotels to better understand and anticipate guest preferences, creating more experiences.

Independent hotels and resorts, such as LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and 1 Hotel San Francisco used the technology to boost dining traffic while maximising the profitability of their food and beverage outlets.
