Pyramid Global Hospitality has announced a strategic merger of the company’s European division, Hamilton Pyramid Europe, with Axiom Hospitality.
The merger between the two hotel management companies aims to establish a premier hotel and resort management company in the UK and Continental Europe.
The combined organisation will leverage its collective capabilities and experience to build a strong pipeline of existing and newly built hotels and resorts.
Following the integration period, which is expected to last until early 2025, the European business will be led by Axiom’s co-founders and co-CEOs Jamie Lamb and Alex Pritchard.
They will be supported by a team of integrated hospitality professionals from both organisations.
The merger will significantly expand Pyramid’s European portfolio, adding over 30 properties and managing more than 48 hotels with over 8,000 keys.
