Hospitality management company 1834 Hotels has been appointed to manage Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund’s national portfolio in Australia.

Involving a total of 18 hotel assets, this move is part of a strategy to maintain operational efficiencies and maximise asset value during the planned sale of the hotel portfolio.

Elanor team members will join the ranks of 1834 Hotels to ensure a smooth managed transition for the properties involved.

The integration of Elanor’s experienced personnel into 1834 Hotels’ operations is expected to support the continuity of service excellence and management expertise across the portfolio.

1834 Hotels operates a portfolio of hotels, resorts, and apartments across Australia and the Pacific.

Last month, the company expanded its portfolio with the Adelphi Hotel in Melbourne’s Flinders Lane.

The Adelphi Hotel features 34 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, and event spaces.

It strengthens 1834 Hotels’ market presence as the third property managed by the company in Melbourne’s central business district.
