Hospitality technology company Mews has acquired Atomize, a provider of next-generation revenue management software (RMS) for the hotel industry.
This move is set to enhance real-time pricing and revenue optimisation for hoteliers worldwide.
Mews founder Richard Valtr said, “In an industry where bookings can happen at any time, making informed decisions in real-time is crucial. Traditional revenue management systems often result in hoteliers resorting to blanket price changes. This is why we are so excited to bring Atomize onboard to equip our customers with predictive insights and market data, empowering them to maximise revenue.”
Founded in 2016, Swedish-headquartered Atomize transforms complex market data into actionable insights, allowing for pricing adjustments up to two years into the future with minimal manual interference.
The main features of Atomize’s RMS include real-time dynamic pricing, powered by intelligent algorithms that monitor market demand, booking patterns, and competitor rates to adjust room rates automatically.
Additionally, the granular room level pricing feature enables hotels to optimise rates for individual room types, considering market demand, guest preferences, and the value of each room type.
