The Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement to introduce Park Inn & Suites hotel properties in Puri, Odisha; and Nashik, Maharashtra, marking the brand’s debut in both locations.
The expansion is part of Radisson’s strategy to grow in culturally significant and commercially active destinations across India.
Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Puri is set to open in mid-2025 with 62 rooms designed to cater to various guest needs. The hotel aims to combine modern hospitality with the spiritual atmosphere of the region.
Developed by Prabhukrupa Estates and Properties, the hotel is conveniently located near Bhubaneswar Airport and Puri railway station, close to the Jagannath Temple, a pilgrimage site.
The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Nashik, expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, will feature 55 rooms and modern amenities, including a swimming pool and gym.
TCP Hospitality is developing this property, which is situated near attractions such as Sula Vineyards and Kalaram Temple.

By GlobalDataThese developments are part of a larger agreement with Treebo Hospitality Ventures, which will see the addition of 150 properties under the Park Inn & Suites by Radisson brand over ten years.
This collaboration underscores a commitment to expanding in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and creating hospitality experiences that meet the needs of travellers.
Radisson Hotel Group South Asia Development senior director Davashish Srivastava said: “As part of our ongoing strategy to strengthen Radisson Hotel Group’s footprint across India, we are pleased to announce our expansions in both Nashik and Puri. Nashik, with its rising prominence as a business, cultural, and spiritual hub, and Puri, a long-established spiritual destination in Eastern India, represent the kind of diverse locations where we see great opportunity.
“Our focus is on creating hotels that align with the evolving preferences of the travellers, and these developments will play a key role in further establishing our presence in both Maharashtra and Odisha, states that are poised for strong tourism growth.”
