Hotel management company Remington Hospitality has expanded its presence in Orlando, Florida, US, by adding three local hotels to its portfolio, marking an expansion in the region.

Remington is now responsible for managing the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando, and TownePlace Suites Orlando at SeaWorld hotels. The move reflects the company’s focus on growing its presence in markets across the nation.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown offers a contemporary experience with 342 guest rooms and 15,500ft² of meeting space.

Located on the shores of Lake Ivanhoe, the hotel features a heated outdoor pool, which offers views of downtown Orlando.

The six-storey Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld boasts a coastal design. The hotel has 181 guest rooms, including equipped family suites with separate living areas and sofa beds.

With an additional 1,740ft² of meeting space, the property is considered for both corporate events and social gatherings.
