Marriott International has announced the signing of eight new agreements in partnership with Delonix Group, expanding the Tribute Portfolio brand in mainland China.
Initiated in January, this collaboration has recently added five new hotel signings, with projects slated to open between 2025 and 2026.

These new signings leverage a franchising model and include Grand House Shaoxing, Grand New Century Hotel Wenzhou, Wonderland Resort Shangrao Sanqingshan, Grand House Jiangyin, and Grand New Century Resort Changxing, all under the Tribute Portfolio brand.
The Grand House Hotel in Shaoxing offers 152 guest rooms with scenic views of the Dayu Mausoleum and the Yuling River.
The Grand New Century Hotel in Wenzhou provides easy access to local cultural sites such as the Wenzhou Museum and Wenzhou Grand Theater.
The Wonderland Resort in Shangrao Sanqingshan will feature 248 guest rooms.

This expansion follows the official opening of two hotels from the initial three agreements signed in May 2024.
The Grand New Century Hotel Hangzhou Boao showcases an art installation in its lobby and offers 299 guest rooms and suites.
The Wonderland Resort Hangzhou Jiande is nestled in the scenic Qililong area and features 203 rooms and suites, providing guests with a tranquil riverside retreat.
Marriott International Greater China chief development officer Gavin Yu said: “With Marriott International’s strong distribution network and system support, and proven management experience, along with the unique character of the Tribute Portfolio brand, two of the first signed hotels officially opened only seven months after the renovation while ensuring delivering on-brand experiences for guests.”
Delonix Group Greater China president Donglin Li said: “In the future, we expect to jointly launch more high-quality hotel projects and build a new engine for growth in the premium hotel market.”
The long-term cooperation between Marriott International and Delonix Group aims to grow the Tribute Portfolio brand in China.
The partnership anticipates integrating at least 100 properties into the Tribute Portfolio in the coming years.
