Business property adviser Christie & Co is facilitating the sale of The Resolution Hotel, a Grade II listed property in North Yorkshire, UK.
Listed for £3.2m ($4.14m), the hotel has recently undergone extensive refurbishments to feature modernised suites, bedrooms, and dining facilities.
The Resolution Hotel features 38 letting bedrooms, with ten individually designed suites, across its five floors.
This hotel also houses a bar and restaurant that can accommodate 50 diners and is accessible to both the public and hotel guests.
The Resolution Hotel is situated in the centre of Whitby, a coastal town in North Yorkshire, known for its array of local businesses and proximity to Whitby Harbour.
The surrounding area offers access to the North York Moors National Park and nearby towns such as Scarborough and Robin Hood’s Bay.
Christie & Co Hotels director Mark Worley is overseeing the sale.
Worley said: “It is rare for a hotel to come to the market in Whitby, especially one of such magnitude and prominence.
“As a result, trade and profits have increased to very healthy levels, along with customer experience and reputation. This is a great opportunity for a new owner-operator to reap the further rewards of our seller client’s financial outlay and to purchase a hotel in a hugely popular location.”
This announcement follows the recent announcement last month that Christie & Co is also facilitating the sale of The Wensleydale Hotel, another four-star hotel in Yorkshire, which is on the market for £800,000.
