The value marked an increase of 53.8% over the previous month of $1.06bn and a drop of 72.5% when compared with the last 12-month average of $5.93bn.
In terms of number of deals, the sector saw a drop of 24.69% with 61 deals in November 2022 when compared to the last 12-month average of 81 deals.
In value terms, North America led the activity with deals worth $611.93m in November 2022.
