Hospitality group Accor, in collaboration with Saudi Arabia-based developer Erth Real Estate Company, has revealed plans to open three new hotels in Riyadh.
These openings are part of a new master-planned development project.
The upcoming hospitality community will feature a 230-key Raffles hotel, a 60-villa MGallery resort and a residential space.
All of them are scheduled to open by 2027. The diverse community will also comprise office towers, residential towers and retail space in a central garden area.
Accor will offer hotel management services and support through its brand portfolio.
The Raffles Riyadh and Sofitel Extended Stay at Al Yasmin District, located on King Fahad Road between King Salman Road and Al Olaya Street, will be housed in 34 and 42-storey glass towers, respectively, providing a distinctive presence in the city’s skyline.

The MGallery Resort Riyadh will be built in the Al Waseel neighbourhood, where some premium private resorts are located and will be set in a wadi surrounded by date fields.
