French hospitality group Accor has partnered with Ceebros Group to bring its upscale hotel brand Pullman to the south Indian city of Chennai.

Previously known as The Raintree Annan Salai, the Ceebros-owned property marks a key step in Accor’s efforts to enhance its high-end hotel portfolio across India.

Ceebros Hotels chairman and managing director C Subba Reddy said: “We are thrilled to partner with Accor to bring the globally celebrated Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand to Chennai. This collaboration blends our legacy with Pullman’s modern, progressive identity, offering guests an unmatched experience in the city.”

Covering an area of 5,000m², Pullman Chennai Anna Salai will house 233 rooms, including 11 suites. It is set to open its doors next month.

The hotel aims to provide guests with purposeful, productive, and sustainable spaces. It will offer a variety of dining options, including an all-day restaurant, speciality dining venues, and a rooftop bar.

Pullman provides flexible meeting and event spaces that combine productive work environments with social areas.

The new Chennai location will include three ballrooms, pre-function spaces, and a fully equipped business centre, positioning it as a destination for various events and social gatherings.
