Hospitality group Accor has bolstered its presence in southern India by signing two new properties in Bengaluru, in collaboration with Varun Hospitality.
The two properties are Novotel Bengaluru Airport Varun and Ibis Style Bengaluru Airport Varun, both scheduled to open in 2027.
Situated in KIADB Aerospace SEZ, Hardware & IT Park locality, the properties will each have 180 rooms, along with restaurants and bars.
Located adjacent to each other, the properties will share facilities such as banquet and meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre, offering a dual-brand experience.
Accor India and South Asia development vice-president Aniruddh Kumar said: “Like all our properties across the country, Novotel Bengaluru Airport Varun and Ibis Style Bengaluru Airport Varun are built to the highest standards and will be equipped with all modern amenities.
“Guests can expect an unmatched experience from the moment they arrive in either property. With this signing, we will have five hotels with Varun Group, which is the testimony of a strong relationship and continued trust of Ownership in Accor brands.”
