Accor has signed a partnership with The Summary Executive Properties for the first standalone Swissôtel branded residences, Swissôtel Waterfront Residences at Dubai Islands, set to open in 2027.
Construction is slated to begin shortly on this project.
This partnership will deliver 105 private homes, including a range of apartments and a penthouse.
It will come in a variety of layouts from one- to four-bedroom apartments, a four-bedroom penthouse, and three- to four-bedroom townhouses.
The property will offer access to amenities such as a fitness centre, spa and two swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool.
It will have a residents’ lounge, events room, kids club, games room, cinema, and wine room.

The project, supported by Accor One Living, Accor’s platform for mixed-use projects and branded homeowner communities, is part of a broader expansion.
Swissôtel Waterfront Residences at Dubai Islands joins other developments such as Ennismore’s SLS Dubai Residences and SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences under the Accor umbrella.
Accor’s strategy includes the launch of ten more branded residential projects within the next four years, including six standalone residential communities.
Currently, Accor operates 282 hotels, resorts, and residences across the Middle East, with 112 additional projects in the pipeline.
The company manages 85 properties across 22 brands in the UAE.
In a recent move to support cultural heritage and community empowerment, Accor entered a three-year partnership with the World Monuments Fund.
