Aleph Hospitality, a hospitality management company operating in the Middle East and Africa, has signed a management agreement for the hotel tower at The Address in Accra, Ghana.
This marks the second collaboration between Aleph Hospitality and DevtracoPlus, a real estate company operating under the Devtraco Group in Ghana.
The partners signed the first management contract in 2022 for The Pelican Hotel in Accra.
Devtraco Group executive director Joseph Aidoo said: “We have complete confidence in Aleph Hospitality, having witnessed the outstanding results delivered at The Pelican Hotel.
“Their team combines local expertise with agility and responsiveness, qualities essential for safeguarding our investment amid Ghana’s growing tourism sector.
“With an anticipated two million visitors annually and increasing demand for high-quality accommodations, Accra’s hotel occupancy rates are expected to reach 70-80% during peak seasons.”
Aleph Hospitality’s expansion in Ghana is supported by its track record in the region, with over 60% of current hotel owners adding more properties to the company’s management portfolio.
The Address Hotel is scheduled to open its doors next year and will feature a hotel tower with 121 rooms and suites.
The property will also have a range of amenities including a restaurant, a sky-view bar, a cigar lounge, a fully equipped fitness centre, a pool, and meeting rooms.
Situated in Roman Ridge, The Address is part of a mixed-use development that includes luxury apartments with private pools. Its strategic location is said to offer easy access to the city’s main attractions, business districts, and entertainment venues.
Aleph noted that the hotel is a ten-minute drive from Kotoka International Airport, Achimota Golf Club, and Accra Mall.
Aleph Hospitality founder and managing director Bani Haddad said: “Partnering once again with DevtracoPlus for the management of another one of their exceptional hotels in Ghana is a testament to the trust our existing owners place in our innovative, owner-focused management approach.
“We have established a close and collaborative relationship, built on trust and transparency, and our shared goal is to drive exceptional guest experiences, optimise operations, and create a healthy bottom line.”
In November 2023, Aleph Hospitality signed a management agreement for the Zaria Court Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda.
