Atlantis Dubai has teamed up with Hudini to launch an omnichannel app designed to revolutionise the guest experience at its Atlantis, The Palm, and Atlantis The Royal resorts.
This strategic partnership aims to increase guest engagement, streamline services and drive revenue growth through a seamless digital interface.
Atlantis, The Palm, a hub of entertainment on The Palm in Dubai, UAE, features around 22ha of waterpark attractions at Aquaventure World, alongside marine adventures, luxury shopping, and dining experiences with 35 restaurants.
Atlantis The Royal is an ultra-luxury resort with celebrity chef-led restaurants, high-end retail, and ocean vistas.
Seeking to enhance guest interactions throughout their stay, Atlantis Dubai is focused on ensuring a frictionless experience for guests ordering room service, making dining reservations, or booking leisure activities.
The objective of this partnership is to utilise technology not only to foster stronger guest relationships but also to enrich their experiences and increase ancillary revenues, Atlantis Dubai stated.

Atlantis Dubai stated that the app’s ability to gather data from guest interactions facilitates the provision of customised recommendations.
Atlantis reported that since the app’s implementation, it has achieved a 90% digital key success rate, with guests accessing their rooms via mobile, surpassing the industry’s average.
With millions of interactions recorded, the app is said to feature more than 13,000 monthly users and an average engagement time of 14 minutes, indicating that guests are actively personalising their stay through the app.
The app’s data-driven suggestions have also increased food and beverage engagement, with more than 11,000 housekeeping requests being made, allowing guests to schedule services at their convenience.
Atlantis Dubai digital and innovation marketing project manager Oliver Stütz said: “The Atlantis Dubai App has significantly enhanced the guest experience.
