Atmosphere Core has sealed a hotel management agreement with Keemaya Resorts and Spas to establish Ozen Villas Jaipur in Rajasthan, India.

This project represents part of Atmosphere Core’s strategy to develop 25 properties in India by next year.

It will be the company’s fourth venture under The Ozen Collection and its 11th signed property in the country.

Ozen Villas Jaipur will offer 181 one and two-bedroom villas, each featuring a private pool, spread across 20 acres of land in a low-rise setting.

The resort will include 20,000ft² of indoor event space, along with various outdoor venues.

The property, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, will be an hour’s drive from Jaipur International Airport, 2.5 hours from Gurgaon and three hours from Agra.
