Hospitality brand Atmosphere Core has unveiled plans to expand its presence in the Indian state of Maharashtra, with the development of two new properties in Nagpur.
The expansion is being undertaken through a Hotel Management Agreement with N Kumar Group.

The first property, currently known as Eden Greenz, will undergo rebranding and enhancements to emerge as Eden Greenz by Atmosphere Nagpur in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025.
It will feature 105 rooms, all offering views of a nine-hole golf course.
The rebranded resort will have a range of dining options, and guests will have access to an exclusive two-level nightclub.
Atmosphere Core is also set to introduce a tranquil spa and a wellness centre through its spa brand, ELE|NA.

By GlobalDataThe second property, Atmosphere Nagpur, is poised to open in the third quarter of 2025.
Located in Nagpur’s business and entertainment districts, the hotel will offer 120 rooms and suites.
The hotel will also feature various dining venues, a themed bar and a terrace lounge bar by the swimming pool, offering skyline views.
For events, the hotel will provide a 6,000ft² indoor space and additional outdoor venues suitable for meetings, private celebrations, and weddings.
Atmosphere Nagpur is situated just ten minutes from Nagpur International Airport.
