Ayre Group and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group have entered a partnership to introduce the Nikki Beach brand resort on the Caribbean island of Antigua.
To be worth more than $400m, the luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua will also include a beach club named Nikki Beach Antigua, as well as branded, private Nikki Beach Residences.
The development’s construction phase is estimated to last approximately 36 months, with the resort’s opening scheduled for 2028. The teams are preparing to break ground later this month.
Situated on the mile-long Jolly Beach, adjacent to the Jolly Harbour community, the resort will feature 82 hotel rooms and suites, and 181 luxury branded residences.
These residences will range from studios to four-bedroom beach-front villas, totalling 263 resort keys and 876 guest beds.
It will offer owners of the branded residences the opportunity to participate in a rental programme.
