Melbourne property developer Beulah has reached an agreement to bring Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to the Australian city.
The new Four Seasons hotel will be located within its STH BNK By Beulah development.
The AUD $2.7bn (1.94bn) STH BNK By Beulah development will be Australia’s tallest tower and the world’s tallest vertical garden.
The vertical garden will reach a total of 5.5km.

By GlobalDataFour Seasons Hotel Melbourne will feature 210 rooms and a Sky Lobby situated on the 63rd floor offering panoramic views over Melbourne’s city skyline, beachfront and Royal Botanical Gardens.
The hotel will boast integrated health and wellness experience, a rooftop restaurant and bar and multiple event spaces.
In addition, guests will have access to various amenities offered by at STH BNK By Beulah, including the gardens, programming within the art and culture spaces, coworking facilities, the STH BNK Market Hall, and others.
Construction on the hotel is slated to commence later this year. It is expected to complete in around five years.
The property will mark Four Seasons’ second hotel in Australia after Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
