Bluegreen Vacations, through its joint venture (JV) with Bass Pro Shops, has acquired the Branson Cedars Resort in Ridgedale, Missouri, US.
The nearly 80-acre Branson Cedars property is close to the Wilderness Club at Big Cedar Resort, a property owned by the JV.
It features tiny home cottages, cabins and treehouses. Other amenities include two swimming pools, a restaurant, a retail shop and a disc golf course.
Branson Cedars Resort is now undergoing master planning in preparation for developing more vacation ownership units and upgraded amenities.
The JV, named Bluegreen/Big Cedar Vacations, intends to also remodel the existing cottages, cabins and treehouses that are part of the deal.
Bluegreen Vacations COO and CFO Ray Lopez said: “We are once again pleased to joint venture with Bass Pro Shops in acquiring another property in this spectacular region.
