Construction technology startup BOXABL has partnered with hospitality group HORIZONS to supply 60 of its Casita foldable housing units for new HORIZONS properties in South Carolina and California, US.

This collaboration aims to merge modern comforts with natural settings without sacrificing efficiency or sustainability.

HORIZONS founder Igor Semenov said: “After exploring multiple accommodation options, we found that BOXABL Casitas are the perfect fit for our vision.

“Their cutting-edge modular homes allow us to seamlessly integrate modern comforts into nature without compromising efficiency or sustainability. Our strategic partnership with BOXABL will enable us to scale quickly while maintaining our commitment to quality and guest experience.”

Looking to the future, BOXABL and HORIZONS plan to extend their cooperation, with potential introductions of Casitas in Texas, Tennessee and Ohio, as well as additional locations throughout the US.

Founded in 2017 and based in Las Vegas, BOXABL focuses on supporting the housing industry through technology and design.

Its Casitas will be integrated into eco-friendly accommodations for multiple applications.

In addition to this project, the company is looking for collaborations with large-scale developers to create entire communities.

Furthermore, BOXABL has announced that the opportunity for investors to participate in the company’s growth through StartEngine is drawing to a close.
