Fully integrated real estate company Chartwell Hospitality has completed the development of a dual-branded property in Nashville, US.
The dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel is located in the Parke West mixed-use development in Nashville’s West End neighbourhood.
The hotel has a total of 172 rooms including 103 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and 69 rooms at the Home2 Suites.
Other guest amenities include a rooftop pool on the 10th floor, a lobby bar and restaurant, and approximately 4,000ft2 of flexible meeting space.
In addition, Chartwell Hospitality has co-developed an underground 452-space parking garage with GBT Realty, which will be used by all properties in the Parke West development.
GBT Realty, a commercial real estate company, also developed apartment building and retail spaces adjacent to the hotel.

“This hotel is very close to Vanderbilt University and some of the city’s top employers.
“The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites West End will provide both leisure and business travellers with new upscale lodging options.”
The announcement comes after Chartwell Hospitality and Propst Development finalised development of the Conrad Nashville hotel in the Broadwest city block in Midtown, Nashville.
In July this year, the company announced partnership with Rockbridge for the development of a 292-room Hilton Hotel at the Nashville International Airport.
