Chartwell Hospitality and Rockbridge have broken ground on three new hotels in Middle Tennessee, the US.
The new hotels are TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Murfreesboro, Home2 Suites by Hilton in Lebanon and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Brentwood.
Located on Medical Center Parkway, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Murfreesboro is claimed to be the only hotel to receive approval for the Clari Park mixed-use development.
It features 120 guestrooms equipped with complete kitchens, on-site laundry, an outdoor pool, a lobby bar, a fitness centre and outdoor community patios with grills.
The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Lebanon will include 120 rooms, expansive community spaces, laundry and fitness areas, 24-hour business centres, pet-friendly environments and multiple outdoor spaces.
Situated in the Eastpark development of Maryland Farms, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Brentwood features 119 rooms and suites.

Franklin Construction Group is working as the construction manager for the three new hotel development projects.
Chartwell Hospitality executive vice-president Will Schaedle said: “The Greater Nashville area is a vibrant place and rapidly growing.

Additionally, the company and Rockbridge are also collaborating on the new 298-room Hilton at Nashville International Airport, which is expected to open early next year.
