Choice Hotels International has announced the ground-breaking of a new extended-stay hotel in Wyoming, US.
Everhome Suites Cheyenne is being developed by HighSide Companies and is scheduled to open by the end of next year.
The four-storey property will have 114 rooms, including apartment-style rooms with customisation options and a few one-bedroom suites with an in-room washer and dryer.
Its rooms will also feature large closets, spa-style bathrooms and complete kitchens, among others.
The property will include multi-purpose lobby areas, 24/7 self-serve, tech-enabled Homebase Market and free Wi-Fi.
Other amenities to be provided at the property include weekly housekeeping, guest laundry facilities, a fitness centre, and more.

It will also be a part of Choice Hotels’ loyalty programme called Choice Privileges.
The Everhome Suites brand was designed to cater to guests seeking longer-term stays.
Launched in 2020, the brand opened its first location in 2022 and currently has 60 properties in the development pipeline.
Earlier this week, Choice Hotels opened its 100th Suburban Studios extended-stay hotel in Bloomington, Minnesota.
The company noted that the developers can convert the existing property into Suburban Studios within three to four months.
Last week, the company announced the completion of Radisson Hotels Americas integration, 16 months post-acquisition.
The deal included franchise agreements, operations, and intellectual property for Radisson Hotels Americas in the US, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Choice Hotels currently has 7,500 hotels, with approximately 630,000 rooms, across 46 countries and territories.
