Christie & Co, a specialist business property adviser, has closed the divestment of two hotels in the Midlands, UK.
The two properties are Forest Lodge Hotel and Hadley Park House.
Financial details related to the transactions were not disclosed.
Hadley Park House, located in Telford, Shropshire, is a Grade II-listed four-star hotel. It has been acquired by a local businessman.
Situated in the village of Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire, Forest Lodge Hotel offers a variety of rooms, a restaurant and two public bar areas with open fires.
After 17 years under the same ownership, the hotel has been purchased by an overseas buyer.

This development comes just after Christie & Co announced that Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa in Powys, Wales, has hit the market for a guide price of £7.5m.
This 52-bedroom property has been put up for sale after being held by the same family for 37 years.
