Cordis Auckland in New Zealand has implemented hospitality technology solutions provider Shiji’s property management system (PMS), Shiji Enterprise Platform.

This is the tenth installation of the platform within the Langham Hospitality Group, marking a continued partnership with Shiji.

Langham Hospitality Group had previously announced the adoption of the Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS across its portfolio in February.

Shiji CEO Kevin King said: “The implementation of Shiji Enterprise Platform at Cordis Auckland is a testament to our commitment to providing top-tier technology solutions that cater to the unique needs of luxury hotels.

“We are thrilled to support Langham Hospitality Group in their pursuit of operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.”

The Shiji Enterprise Platform has now been integrated into Cordis Auckland hotel’s operations, spanning across its 640 rooms and suites over 17 floors.

This move aims to deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience while also optimising hotel management processes.

The platform’s deployment at Cordis Auckland encompasses a range of integrations with systems such as Infrasys, ReviewPro, Windcave, BI Cube, and others.

This platform’s micro-service architecture at Cordis Auckland allows for easy customisation, as well as ensures secure and compliant management of guest data.

The hotel also has access to reduced operational complexities and a unified system that streamlines various hotel functions.

Shiji Australia and New Zealand general manager Anthony Stevens said: “The success of the Cordis Auckland implementation is a significant achievement for our team. It showcases our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex demands of large-scale hotels.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with Langham Hospitality Group and supporting their growth with innovative technology.”
