US-based hospitality management company Davidson Hospitality Group has designated eTip as its digital tipping partner.
The announcement follows eTip’s selection as the preferred tipping partner for several international hotel chains and its affiliation with Visa and American Express as a digital tipping solution partner.
The integration of eTip’s platform at Davidson’s properties is expected to enhance the guest experience by simplifying the tipping process.
eTip’s platform, which does not require a mobile app download or login credentials, meets this demand by allowing guests to tip with ease.
Using their preferred means of payment, guests can use ‘tap to tip’ via an NFC-enabled QR code or scan a QR code to pay tips.
In addition to guest convenience, eTip also offers reporting features that provide insights into tipping trends, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
