UAE-based Dex Squared Hospitality has been awarded a contract to develop and operate the World Heart Hotel Brand, which will be Baghdad’s first five-star luxury hotel.

This move is set to transform Iraq’s hospitality sector and marks a significant expansion of Dex Squared’s regional presence.

The World Heart Hotel will feature 320 rooms, including 285 hotel rooms, 35 upscale suites, and 54 luxury apartments.
