US-based hotel management company Dimension Hospitality has announced the addition of the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) Nashville Downtown/Convention Center to its portfolio of managed hotels.
The latest move was announced by Dimension Hospitality chief operating officer Joe Viglietta, Hospitality Net reported.
The media outlet quoted Viglietta as saying: “Dimension has robust experience with the Hilton Garden Inn brand as well as the vibrant Nashville market. Capitalising on those synergies will quickly translate into an elevated guest experience, career opportunities for our associates, and an improved bottom line for our owners.”
Dimension Hospitality said that this move marks a significant expansion of its portfolio. The company currently manages nearly 80 hotels and resorts across various brands.
The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center, situated in Nashville on Korean Veterans Blvd, has recently undergone extensive renovations.
The hotel now has 214 guest rooms and suites and offers a rooftop pool, live music, and the modern amenities synonymous with the HGI brand.

By GlobalDataIn addition, the hotel’s prime location places it within walking distance of Nashville’s key attractions, including the Music City Convention Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Nissan Stadium. It is also close to Broadway and the Johnny Cash Museum.
The property has more than 10,000ft² of updated meeting space, accommodating up to 360 guests.
Dining options at the hotel include The Garden Grille for cooked-to-order breakfasts and the Hoppy Bird for Nashville’s renowned hot chicken and local brews.
The hotel also features ‘Purple Iris’, a new lobby bar, providing an ideal spot for guests to enjoy the adjacent live music.
Hospitality Net quoted Dimension Hospitality Sales and Marketing senior vice president Tatum Kane as saying: “The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center is a superb location for business travellers, leisure guests and convention attendees.
