
US-based hotel management company Dimension Hospitality has broadened its operational scope and enhanced its collection of properties by adding a Homewood Suites by Hilton property in Alabama, US.
The company focuses on offering select service hotels with extended stay options.
Dimension Hospitality chief strategy officer Ralph Thiergart said: “From the earliest days of the segment and in having developed 12 of the first 25 Homewood Suites hotels, to now managing more than 40 Hilton properties, Dimension has consistently been an extended stay leader and partner with great brands thanks to the visionary leadership of the Friedman family.”
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile Airport-University caters to both business and leisure travellers.
Located near the Mobile Regional Airport and the University of South Alabama in the US, the hotel features 86 guest rooms, meeting space, and an outdoor pool.
Dimension Hospitality chief operating officer Joe Viglietta said: “We are excited to welcome the great and dedicated people of Homewood Suites Mobile Airport-University to the Dimension family.
“This addition marks a significant milestone with the continued geographic growth of our hotel Portfolio into our 16th state.”
With nearly 70 hotels and resorts under brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, Dimension Hospitality emphasises associate development, property performance, and services to drive financial results.
In February 2024, Dimension Hospitality expanded its managed hotel portfolio with the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center in the US.
The 214-room property underwent significant renovations before joining Dimension’s collection.
