
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton hotel in downtown Austin, US has completed an extensive renovation, covering its 195 suites and rooms, along with public areas.
The property, situated within walking distance of the Texas State Capitol, now features a design inspired by Texas landscapes, featuring textures, patterns, and art that reflect the region’s heritage.

The hotel, managed by Hilton and owned by RLJ Lodging Trust, has redesigned its suites to cater to extended stays, incorporating kitchenettes with stovetops in each suite.
The living areas include sofa beds and dining areas, with the bedroom offering a touch of Western tradition.
The renovation also covered the hotel’s meeting spaces, which now span over 5,000ft².
These six flexible rooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment. They can accommodate a variety of events, from weddings to corporate functions.
ATX BARREL + BITES, the hotel’s full-service restaurant, offers a menu with American and Southwestern influences, while the lounge and bar provide an array of beers and wines.
The hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers and is part of the Hilton Honors programme, which encompasses Hilton’s 24 brands.
In August 2024, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, also underwent a revamp. It is managed by HRI Hospitality and designed by Studio 11.
