Dubai Holding, a global investment holding company, and Sevens Holding have signed an agreement for managing a hotel for Jumeirah Group in Bahrain.
The agreement, which sets Jumeirah Group’s entry into the Bahrain hospitality market, is part of the group’s expansion strategy across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Jumeirah Royal Saray – Bahrain, the new name given to the hotel, will be opened on 27 February next year.
Located on Bahrain beach, the hotel features 167 guest rooms including two Royal Suites, health club, spa, dining and recreational hubs.
Dubai Holding provides services to firms in the areas of investments, financial services, real estate, business parks, telecommunications and hospitality.
Jumeirah is a hospitality chain that operates 20 hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Frankfurt, Mallorca, London, Maldives and Shanghai, managing more than 6,000 hotel rooms and suites.
