Dubai-based luxury Bab Al Shams Desert Resort has begun offering 25% discount to customers who are vaccinated against Covid-19.

The discount is being offered on restaurants and hotel bookings for residents who have been vaccinated.

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort hotel manager Ziad Sleiman said: “We would like to show our support to the government of UAE, particularly – Dubai Health Authority who is working tirelessly to get all UAE residents vaccinated and safe.

“We hope this move will incentivise people who are making the decision to get vaccinated and show our support for those who have taken the jab.”

The latest move follows the launch of nationwide Covid-19 vaccine programme by the UAE government.

Some restaurants and ride sharing apps are offering discounts to vaccinated customers.
