Thailand-based hotel and property development company Dusit International has agreed to manage the upcoming Dusit Greenhills Manila hotel in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Dusit will manage and operate the Dusit Greenhills Manila under a hotel management agreement with Primex Realty, a subsidiary of Primex.

Primex Realty executive vice president and director Karlvin Ernest L Ang said: “We are pleased to collaborate with Dusit International to bring a world-class hotel experience to Primex Tower.

Poised to open by the end of 2026, this upper-upscale hotel will offer 200 guest rooms and various facilities, occupying the top ten floors of the 50-storey Primex Tower.
The hotel will offer amenities such as a rooftop bar and swimming pool, a gym, meeting rooms, and a ballroom with city views.
Guests at Dusit Greenhills Manila will have access to Thai cuisine at Benjarong restaurant and international delicacies at the all-day dining venue.
The property’s location provides easy access to Greenhills Mall, a shopping and dining location in San Juan.

With a current portfolio of 296 properties in 18 countries, encompassing 57 under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 239 luxury villas under Elite Havens, Dusit International is expanding its global presence.
The company has more than 60 new Dusit-branded properties in the pipeline worldwide, including key developments in the Philippines.
Earlier this month, Dusit International signed a hotel management agreement with PT Komodo Property Management for the Kaliwatu Residences-Dusit Collection, expanding its presence in Indonesia.
