Thai hotel and property development company Dusit International has entered a property management agreement with King Square Development.
This partnership concerns the management of a new hotel and luxury residential project named Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok and KingsQuare Residence, scheduled to open in 2026.
Located on Rama 3 Road adjacent to King’s College International School Bangkok, the development is part of a new lifestyle complex that includes a community mall.
Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok will operate as a serviced apartment and hotel, featuring 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites.
The suites will range from twin rooms to two-bedroom configurations, each equipped with sofas, widescreen TVs, and kitchenettes.
Among other amenities are a large swimming pool, a dedicated kids’ club, and a co-working space.

This project will mark Dusit International’s ninth hotel in Bangkok and the second in the city to offer both a hotel and serviced suites.
Dusit will also manage KingsQuare Residence, a 52-storey luxury tower with 222 residences, ranging from one to three-bedroom units, as well as penthouse and duplex penthouse options starting at 324m².
Communal facilities will include a swimming pool, barbecue terrace, co-kitchen, kids’ playroom, basketball court, and private spaces for dining and meetings.
Both guests and residents will have access to the entertainment, dining, shopping, and business centres of the neighbouring Sathorn district.

This development follows Dusit International’s announcement of the reopening of the Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel on 27 September 2024 after renovations.
Dusit International’s global portfolio includes 301 properties across 18 countries, with more than 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts in the pipeline.
