Thailand-based hotel and property development company Dusit International has opened Dusit Princess Hotel Residences in the capital city of Kenya.
This new hotel in Nairobi will boast 100 deluxe hotel rooms and apartment units.
The property was soft opened in March this year, with complete inventory expected to be available in the year’s second half.
The new upper-midscale property is intended to meet the needs of business and leisure travellers, delivering comfort and convenience for short as well as extended stays in a prime location only 5km from the Central Business District.
The property includes a quick grab-and-go shop, an Italian-inspired all-day eating outlet called The Olive Restaurant, a rooftop bar called The Aviary Lounge, 14 deluxe hotel rooms, 30 studio apartments and 56 one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes.
Furthermore, the property has a rooftop gym, a heated swimming pool, well-equipped meeting spaces and convenient access to the Westlands neighbourhood’s shopping malls and eateries.
