UAE-based experiential hospitality group Earth Hotels has revealed its plan to open its first property in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in Ras Al Khaimah in the first quarter (Q1) 2025.
Trade Arabia reported that the hotel, named Earth Shore, Marjan Island will be located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The property will feature rooms built with a sustainable approach.
Spanning 300,000ft², the Earth Shore, Marjan Island will have 265 guest rooms, comprising resort rooms, Goat terrace suites, and two-bedroom Sky Villas.
Some of the highlights of the property will include a beachfront access, a 13,000ft² social hub, and a beach club with a dining and event space that can accommodate up to 500 people.
