Japanese real estate developer Lead Real Estate is set to open its new luxury extended-stay hotel, ENT TERRACE Premium, in Tokyo’s Ginza district.

Scheduled to welcome guests from 16 December 2024, the property aims to cater to the needs of both leisure and business travellers seeking medium- to long-term accommodation options.

Lead Real Estate CEO Eiji Nagahara said: “We picked Ginza as the launching pad for our PREMIUM series as we plan to bring other high-end apartment hotels to the market in Japan.”

ENT TERRACE GINZA Premium is adjacent to the iconic Kabuki-za theatre and is located close to Higashi-Ginza Station, providing easy access to Haneda and Narita Airports.

The exterior of the hotel, featuring a white and grey colour scheme, has been designed to complement Ginza’s urban landscape.

Nagahara added: “We are excited to open the newest offering in our ENT TERRACE Premium Series in one of Tokyo’s most elegant neighbourhoods.

“Our guests can explore the marvels of Ginza, then relax and enjoy the amenities of our hotel.”

Upon entering the lobby on the first floor, visitors are greeted by a fusion of modern design and traditional Japanese aesthetics.

Another feature is artist Sakiho Ito’s Japanese paper-crafted Andon lantern. The lobby also showcases Shimane’s red clay collected in Hinomisaki, known for its association with sunsets.

The hotel has international staff and offers six guest rooms, each measuring 40m² and designed to accommodate four to five people.

Rooms are appointed with dining tables, tatami spaces and kitchens, which are equipped with dishwashers, refrigerators, dryers and washing machines. King-size beds and futon mattresses are provided for added comfort.

Bathrooms are fitted with the Mirable zero shower head system, with three different water stream options.

Workspaces are included in rooms on floors two to six, catering to those who need to maintain productivity during their stay.

ENT TERRACE GINZA Premium represents Lead Real Estate’s third venture in Tokyo and marks the first in its premium series of extended-stay hotels.
