Economy apartment hotel chain Extended Stay America has announced the opening of a new property in McDonough, Georgia, US.
Hotel News Resource reported that the four-storey Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta – McDonough hotel provides a total of 84 rooms and offers complimentary amenities, such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, cable, a fitness room, laundry, and a lobby with extra vending options.
The guest rooms will also feature kitchens comprising a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Along with this, pillowtop beds, recliners, and a work area will also be included in the rooms.
US-based real estate developer TGC Group has developed the new hotel and TGC Hospitality Management will manage it.
Extended Stay America franchise development managing director Mark Williams said: “The Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta – McDonough will serve the increasing pace of demand for extended stay lodging in the area and continues our strategy of growing the brand through franchising.
